Our events are for students looking for help in making an informed decision about their career path, and confidence in applying to a particular university course.

It is our aim that by the end of the day you will have an in depth understanding of the career you are considering and be armed with all the necessary tools to make a confident application to university.

We are unique in our Career Day experiences as upon completion of an event, you are given the opportunity to become a member our 5 Diamonds Mentorship (5DM) Alumni for free access to our mentors for ongoing support, advice and direct 1-on-1 work experience placements. 

Also, as you shape your destiny, you can make an enduring impact in shaping the lives and destinies of children  living in poverty in third world countries, as all proceeds from our events go towards our 5 Diamonds Mentorship Scholarship Fund. The scholarship empowers recipients to break through the cycle of poverty by pursuing post-secondary education and training.

Bursaries are available - please see below.

All prices include everything you need to take part in the event including refreshments and lunch. This also includes all on-going mentorship and work experience.

We offer 100% cash refund on cancellations more than 30 days before an event. Any cancellations within 30 days prior to the event will be given 100% credit, which can be used against any future 5DM events within the following 12 months.

We offer bursaries for eligible students to attend our events without charge. In order to qualify you must satisfy one or more of the following criteria:

• You are currently in receipt of a bursary from the government's "16 to 19 bursary fund" (or equivalent)
• You currently receive free school meals during secondary education or have done so in the past 6 years
• You have been in care or taken the role of a carer at home

Bursary places are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Bursaries cover 100% of event fees; any accommodation, food or travel required will not be covered. Only one bursary will be granted per person.

In order to apply, please send an email to info@5diamondsmentorship.co.uk detailing which event you wish to attend and confirm that one or more of the above criteria applies to you. The board will consider your application and you will be notified if you qualify as soon as possible. 

All students who have completed a Career Day Event are given the opportunity to become a member of our Alumni. Alumni members have free access to our mentors for ongoing support, advice and direct 1-on-1 work experience placements.

Proceeds from our events go towards providing academic scholarships to students living in poverty in third world countries. The scholarship empowers recipients to break through the cycle of poverty by pursuing higher education and training. As you shape your destiny, you can make an enduring impact in shaping the lives and destinies of children living in poverty around the world.

All of our mentors are Enhanced DBS certified and we carry out regular risk assessments.
